Coats For Kids Chicago

Dr Daniel Coffey and his wonderful staff at DC Spinal Wellness and Sports Rehab have joined CFK-Chicago this year!  They will be donating to CFK throughout the winter months and are a welcomed addition to the CFK Family.

Dr Coffey will be providing health screenings this winter.  The service fee for these screenings will go directly to CFK Chicago.
